Obit: Rosemary C. Berg, 85, formerly of Campbellsport

Rosemary C. Berg, formerly of Campbellsport went to her heavenly home on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac with her beloved family at her side. She was born on June 20, 1931 in Eden the daughter of Lawrence and Florence (Fitzpatrick) McEnroe. She attended Eden Village School and was a graduate of Fond du Lac Senior High School, Class of 1948.  On June 19, 1954, Rosemary married William A. Berg at St. Mary’s Church in Eden. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church, Campbellsport, their Christian Women Society, and Holy Family Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.  She formerly belonged to the Mission Group at St. Matthews in Campbellsport.

Survivors include her children Mary Beth (Joe) Nestvedt of Indianola, IA, Dan Berg and Bruce (Mary) Berg of Oshkosh, Jim (Bonnie) Berg of Campbellsport and Jean (Robert) Stacey of Fond du Lac, her grandchildren Will Nestvedt, Rachael, Nicole,  Jacob & Luke Berg, and Ashley and Austin Stacey, her brothers John (Ruth) McEnroe and Pat (Mary) McEnroe, her sister Patty Ales, her sister-in-law Joan McEnroe, and brother-in-law Jack (Barb) Berg, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband Bill on May 6, 1994, infant son, Donald, her granddaughter, Katie Berg, her brother Lawrence “Ed” McEnroe, her sister Kathleen Winkel, her brothers-in-law Robert Winkel, Bill Ales, John Posig, Linus Beisbier, Richard Johnson, Harold Anders and Bill Otte, and her sisters-in-law Lucille Posig, Bernice Beisbier, Marion Johnson Anders, and Kathleen Otte.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday, Oct. 2nd at 4:00 PM at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 406 E. Main St. Campbellsport.  Rev. Mark Jones will officiate and burial will be Monday at 9:00 AM in St. Matthews Cemetery, Campbellsport.

Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 2nd from 1:00 PM until time of Mass at the church.
