Obit: Doris A. Kuepper, 92, Hartford

Kuepper (nee Kohl), age 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 27, 2016 at the Wellington Place in Hartford, WI.  She was born on May 12, 1924 to Peter and Cora (nee Baumgartner) Kohl.  Doris was born and raised in Richfield, WI.  She married the late, Ralph G. Kuepper, on May 12, 1945 at St. Boniface Church.  She was employed at Sierra Grinding Wheel Company in Jackson for 30 years and retired in 1990.  Doris enjoyed spending time with her family.  She was a member of St. Mary’s of Richfield Ladies Aide and St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Doris is survived by her children Ralph (Carol) Kuepper of Hartford, Michael (Bonnie) Kuepper of Slinger, Mary (Terry) Pohland of Germantown; 9 grandchildren Julie (Steve), Ryan (Dani), Daniel (Katie), Derek, Karrie (Kerry), John (Paige), Sara (Jim), Linden, Reid; 15 great-grandchildren; brother Ralph Kohl of Richfield; sister Erma Kohl of Juneau; sister-in-law Carol Kohl of Jackson.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Doris is preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters Jean (Clyde) Dhein, Rita (Ted) Hennes, brother Joe Kohl and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kohl.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30AM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Resurrection Catholic Church (215 Main Street Allenton, WI 53002) with Father Richard Stoffel presiding.   Visitation will be AT CHURCH from 10AM until the time of Mass.  Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery (corner of Hillside Rd and Pioneer Rd, Richfield, WI).  Memorials appreciated to The American Cancer Society Wisconsin Region (P.O. Box 902 Pewaukee, WI 53072-0902).
