Washington Co., WI – Neighbors in Washington County may want to locate their shovel and dust off your snowblower as the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from 9 p.m. to noon Thursday, January 19.

WHAT…Snow with hourly rates approaching 0.75 inch to 1 inch an hour with a brief period of freezing rain also possible. Total snow accumulations of 4-to-7 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.

IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
