January 2, 2023 – Stockbridge, WI – A ceremonial swearing-in ceremony was held Monday morning for newly elected State Assembly Representative Ty Bodden.
Calumet County Circuit Court Judge Carey Reed presided over the event. The Bible was provided by Stockbridge High School, the ceremony was held in the gym and Bodden’s wife Paige held the Bible during the ceremony.

Bodden is a graduate of Stockbridge High School.
The official swearing in will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the State Capitol in Madison, WI.
Bodden was elected to represent the he 59th Assembly District which covers Stockbridge, New Holstein, St. Peter, St. Cloud, Mt. Calvary, Campbellsport, Kewaskum, Allenton, Hartford, and the Western Sheboygan County Townships.
He has been appointed to six committees:
Committee Assignments:
● Corrections – Vice-Chair
● Children and Families
● Environment
● Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation
● Judiciary
● Sporting Heritage
“I am excited to be assigned to these committees and it will be a privilege to serve as Vice-Chair of the Corrections Committee. Having previously worked in Corrections, I know serious reforms are needed and I am looking forward to getting to work to tackle those issues,” said Bodden.
