Washington County, WI – This past week I fielded a lot of questions/concerns about the real estate market. It’s hard not to get caught up in the news and social media about what’s going on.
There are also a lot of conflicting story lines. On one hand, you have properties that are still getting multiple offers and on the other hand, expired listings and price reductions are becoming commonplace.
