Hey Judy!! I wanted to send a little note of thanks. As you know, I started racing competitively on a snowboard last year and did well at USASA Nationals. This season, I am training to do even better.
It is an expensive sport and I am looking to upgrade my equipment. I pursued local sponsorship and received support from Attitude Sports in Fond du Lac. I decided to go after a national sponsor, Donek Snowboards in Colorado. They were interested in my racing performances and social media exposure.
The exposure through the series of articles you did on me in the Washington County Insider was extremely helpful. I was offered the sponsorship and am extremely excited about this upcoming season.
