Trespass 3210 STH 167 Momentum Health Club
A 28-year-old City of West Allis man and 29-year-old Greendale man were cited for trespassing after they were running a late for a golf outing at Kettle Hills Golf Course when the encountered the road closure in the area of STH 167 and STH 175. They decided to take a short cut by driving across the baseball diamonds lot and then the mini-golf area. The subjects then proceed through a taped off, roped off and finally barreled off, lawn of Momentum Health Club. This left substantial ruts in the newly seeded lawn. Investigating deputies were able to secure video from the health club of the 28-year-old driving up to the barrels and letting the passenger out who then moved the barrels next to the building. Both subjects were located at the golf course and arrested for trespassing.
Assist Germantown PD with Eluding Suspect:
On Saturday morning at 12:45am, a Washington County Sheriff’s deputy was monitoring Germantown Police radio traffic and heard a call regarding a possible intoxicated driver headed north bound on I41 in the area of Lannon Rd. A Germantown Police Officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle at which time the operator, later identified as a 38-year-old Milwaukee man, fled. The suspect turned off his headlights and the deputy joined the pursuit in the area of Pioneer Rd. The operator lost control of his vehicle and entered the east ditch of I41 in the area of Western Ave. When the operator attempted to drive away again, the deputy assisted Germantown Police in removing the suspect from the car and taking him into custody. He remains in custody for fleeing an officer as well as endangering safety by reckless driving.
Fire alarm – 4000 Block Pleasant Valley Rd
Washington County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residential fire alarm at a large detached garage on Saturday morning at 2:27 am. The fire alarm was subsequently determined to be false, but while deputies where assisting Slinger Fire Department with a forced entry to the building, West Bend Police were pursuing a vehicle that came right towards the deputies and stopped within two tenths of a mile of the fire call.
Assist West Bend PD with eluding case:
Deputies cleared the above fire scene at 2:52 a.m. and assisted West Bend Police with a pursuit that was south bound on US 45 from the area of Paradise Dr. The chase proceeded west on Pleasant Valley Road and the suspect failed to stop for the stop sign at Mayfield Rd. The vehicle ended up stopping in the area of Lily Road after striking two West Bend Police squad cars. One passenger was taken into custody and the suspect was identified as a man from the Fox Valley area. The Sheriff’s Office assisted searching for the driver with multiple deputies until about 4:15 a.m. without success.
Stolen Vehicle
On Saturday morning at 11:01 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 3700 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. A 2004 silver Honda Civic was taken from the driveway. The victim’s home is a short distance away from Lilly Rd where the above pursuit was abandoned when the suspect fled on foot into the woods. We requested Fox Valley area police departments to check the area where it is believed the suspect resides. The vehicle was subsequently located in the Fox Valley area on Sunday, August 21, and is being held at a secure facility until it can be processed for evidence.
