July 29, 2022 – West Bend, WI – In early spring 10-year-old Killion Ray found $50 while outside in the city. Shortly after finding the money Killion observed a police officer in the area on an unrelated matter.
Killion approached the officer and explained how he came to find the money. The officer attempted to locate the owner of the money but was not able to do so.

West Bend Police held the money hoping to identify the owner and were not successful in doing so. Killion came to the Police Department on Wednesday and police returned to him the $50 he found.
West Bend Police offer a thank you to Killion for his honesty and integrity. Killion had choices upon finding money in the wind and his decision was to do the right thing. We’re proud of Killion for doing his part in protecting and serving our community.
