West Bend, WI – The real estate market is as hot as every and rural property is even a little bit hotter than homes in town right now. We just unfortunately got beat out on a property on five acres, it had some waterfront water frontage and there ended up being 16 total offers.
Everyone’s kind of thinking of stuff slowing down and it’s totally not. Rural property, with a house on some acreage or a hobby farm on vacant land has been just as hot as homes.
