March 5, 2022 – West Bend, WI – Around 80 people, including the friends and family of Courtney Rummel, welcomed the Winter Olympian home on a cloudy Saturday afternoon.
Rummel arrived by fire truck.
Many who gathered downtown to welcome her were dressed in red, white, and blue.
March 5, 2022 was then declared ‘Courtney Rummel day.”
Rummel competed in three snowboarding events at the Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.
