The names of primary individuals involved in the fatal accident which occurred on July 19, 2016 on STH 60 east of CTH M in the Town of Jackson are being released:
Westbound Operator (deceased)
Cynthia Patrick, 60
Town of Hartford
Eastbound Operator (severe injuries)
Dylan Hodgson, 21
Village of Jackson
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate.
The initial press release indicated the accident involved four cars. Secondary collisions involved another eastbound vehicle that sustained minor damage after avoiding the initial collision, as well as a legally unattended parked vehicle on private property that was struck by the westbound vehicle.
No charges have been issued at this time pending completion of the investigation.
