West Bend, WI – Join the Museum of Wisconsin Art, 205 Veterans Avenue, in West Bend for an exhibition opening celebrating 60 years of both MOWA and the Studio Glass movement. Opening party is Saturday, October 23 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
This exhibition features more than 100 works by 30 glass artists, including seminal works by early innovators and ambitious installations by contemporary artists. Traditional, yet extraordinary, vessels take their place next to conceptual sculptures that address timely challenges such as climate crisis or PTSD.
Exhibition on view October 23, 2021–January 23, 2022. Free for members.
