July 30, 2021 – Sheboygan, WI. – On July 29, 2021 at approximately 1:05 PM the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office was sent to the area of W4408 CTH C in the Town of Plymouth for a welfare check investigation.
During this investigation, the call for service changed into a tactical situation.
This tactical situation was ended peaceably at approximately 4:45 PM.
A Plymouth man was taken from the scene and to the hospital for medical assessment.
