July 12, 2021 – West Bend, Wi – Law enforcement was on scene Monday afternoon following a two vehicle accident on County Highway D at the onramp to Hwy 45 northbound.
Washington County Sheriff Martin Schulteis said the accident was called in at 12:49 p.m.
A westbound vehicle on CTH D was struck by a vehicle coming off the southbound ramp from Highway 45. Airbags in one vehicle were deployed. A female driver was shaken up but nobody was transported for injuries.
One driver was cited for failure to yield right of way.
The scene was cleared within 40 minutes.
