April 29, 2021 – West Bend, WI – The 120-unit Trails Edge Apartment complex is starting to take shape on S. Forest Avenue in West Bend. The 4.4-acre site, just south of Water Street, was formerly home to the old Gehl Company. American Companies is heading up the three-story project.
The three-story facility is a multi-family complex that is close to the Eisenbahn State Trail, the Museum of Wisconsin Art and the river walk.
