April 17, 2021 – Dodge Co., Wi – The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the death of a 52-year-old male and a 16-year-old male which occurred at 909 Country Lane in the City of Watertown. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office was requested to assist the Watertown Police Department with this incident at 3:42 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021.
Evidence at the scene indicates this was most likely a homicide/suicide in which the 52-year-old male is believed to be the actor. There are no other individuals believed to be involved in this incident. This is an active investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and no further information is available at this time. Names are being withheld pending notification of family members.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Scene Unit and the Dodge County Medical Examiner’s Office assisted investigators at this scene. We want the residents of this quiet neighborhood to be confident there is no active threat to the community.
