April 12, 2021 – Hartford, WI – Hartford Park’s Crews found two rocker horses vandalized with what looks like a baseball bat. This happened around March 28 at Woodlawn Park.
Both horses were damaged beyond repair and will be removed from the playground. Anyone with information on who might have done this are asked to report it to the Hartford Parks and Rec Department or Hartford Police.
