December 15, 2020 – Slinger, Wi – West Bend West Lady Spartans traveled to Slinger Tuesday evening. The first half was a very close game as Slinger took an early lead only to have the Lady Spartans regain control.
At the end of the first half West Bend West held a slim 17 -15 lead over Slinger.
The Lady Owls came out rejuvenated after the break, took the lead and never looked back winning 56-43.
Leading scorers for the Spartans were Elle Meurer with 4 three-pointers for a total of 14 points followed by Lexi Williams scoring 11.
Slinger top scorers were sophomore Mallory Hoitink with 16 points and junior Kacey Ott with 12.
Next Tuesday, December 22, the Lady Owls travel to Grafton to take on the Blackhawks.
