Justice is facing a pair of felony charges of Child Enticement and Soliciting a Child for Prostitution in connection with an April 21 incident in Muskego.
Upon conviction Justice faces up to $200,000 in fines or imprisoned not more than 50 years or both.
Wisconsin circuit court shows Justice has retained criminal defense attorney Steve Kohn of Milwaukee.
According to court documents in April the judge determined “Justice could access the internet for a work search. He’s still not to have any contact with the minor victim nor her mother. Justice also can have no contact with juvenile females under the age of 18 in person or by text. Justice is allowed non collect calls.”
Justice is currently out on bail, living at his home in West Bend.
On Friday, April 29 the mayor announced he accepted Justice’s resignation.
