June 24, 2020 – Kewaskum, WI – Robert (Bob) Joseph Salamone of Kewaskum, WI made his journey home to be with the Lord on June 19, 2020. Robert Joseph Salamone

Bob was a kind and good-hearted man. He touched many lives and would do anything for anyone. He enjoyed making people laugh, always had a joke to tell, and never took himself too seriously. He had a knack for making anyone smile and always left you feeling like part of the family. He took pride in his home, especially his grass, and even greater pride in his family.

He loved his wife, his kids, his grandkids, working with his hands (refinishing his own basement and building his own bar are two of his many achievements), soaks in the hot tub, fires in his back yard, and fresh air. He enjoyed his “stretchies” (pajamas) and watching The Price Is Right and Judge Judy. In his retirement, those things generally went hand in hand. Someone who would always be there to help in an instant, he was good through and through. An amazing man, husband, father, brother, friend and so much more to so many, he will live on in our hearts, never forgotten and forever missed.

Robert is survived by, and leaves to cherish his memories, his best friend and wife Teri Salamone, mother in law Nancy Lange, four sons Rob, TJ, David (Nicole), Mark (fiancé Jane) and five grandchildren Sophia, Oliver, Emma, Joshua and Abigail. He is further survived by brothers in law, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and his former spouse Denise. He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters and brothers.

A memorial will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 with visitation starting at 4 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home on 1420 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend, WI. There will be an invitation-only service to follow at 5:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in memory of Bob to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, his charity of choice.
