May 19, 2020 – Washington County, WI – Second and third shift workers should take note that their daily commute may cause them to experience a delay or bring about a change in driving routines.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT), “[WisDOT] is notifying motorists of upcoming nighttime double-lane closures along I-41 in Washington County. Beginning this evening, Washington County maintenance crews will start rout and seal operations between County Road Q (County Line Road) and the I-41/US 45 split.”
All segmented work will take place between the hours of 5pm – 5am. It is anticipated that this maintenance will be completed by mid-June. This work is weather dependent and is subject to change. Please note that Memorial Day weekend work restrictions will be in effect.”
