February 17, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Design plans for the new Skinny Vic’s Diner & Coffee Stop in West Bend have been reviewed by building inspection at City Hall in West Bend.
Vicki Lehnerz had a popular eatery in Slinger. That closed in June 2018 and now she’s found a spot on Paradise Drive in West Bend and the build out is underway.
Lehnerz is going into the former Golf Etc. storefront, 804 W. Paradise Drive;Â in between Petco and Anytime Fitness in the strip-mall location by Home Depot.
Her new eatery will feature 1,385-square-foot dining area, a juice/coffee bar, and seating for about 58 customers.
The flexible target open date is sometime between late April and May.
