West Bend, WI – Seventh Avenue in West Bend will be closed to through traffic from Washington Street to Walnut Street, beginning on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 until approximately October 29, 2021, for installation of underground utilities and road reconstruction.
The general contractor for this project is Vinton Construction Company of Two Rivers, Wisconsin. There will also be a number of subcontractors working at various times during the project.
Construction activities will include replacement of sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer; roadway excavation; curb and gutter installation; sidewalk repairs; roadway reconstruction; and restoration of disturbed areas.
Motorists are reminded to abide by all traffic control signs and devices as well as be aware of ongoing construction activities. Alternate routes should be planned to avoid construction whenever possible.
